Payment Roagui Shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, American express and discover, this is done securely via PayPal.  All prices are in $USD Please make sure you complete the transaction and that you have made the Paypal payment, I cannot ship your order if I haven’t received your payment in full. Any orders not paid for within 24 hours will be subject to cancellation. If there is a delay in payment, please contact us with details. Thank you!

Shipping Info

All items and orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of placing your order, some orders take longer and will be indicated on the listing. You will be sent an email notification when your order gets shipped out. Mexican postal service is slow but reliable, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, If there is any delay, it is most likely the result of a logistics issue at the local offices.

Restricted countries

Unfortunately and due to Mexican Post Service policies, the following countries are included in the list of restricted countries where I cannot ship through them: Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Cuba, Curaçao, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Ghana, Honduras, Indonesia, Jamaica, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Mongolia, Morocco, Philippines, Qatar, Russia, Uruguay, Venezuela. Still, if you belong to any of these countries and want to purchase something from my store, let’s work on finding a different way to ship it to you.

Delivery Time

The delivery time is highly variable, please remember that everything is shipping out from Mexico and can take a little longer than expected to be delivered. This means every order shipped outside Mexican territory counts as an international order and for these please allow up to 6 weeks. (Please remember that everything is shipped out from Mexico and this can take a while) Local customs fees may be required for you to receive the order, so check with your local post office if your package seems to be delayed.

Refunds and Exchanges

If there are any problems with an order, I generally offer my customers the option of replacing an item or refunding it. I may ask for a customer’s assistance in filing an insurance claim and providing photo documentation of any damage or problems with a product.
